Improved Super-Twisting Non-Singular Fast Terminal Sliding Mode Control of Interior Permanent Magnet Synchronous Motor Considering Time-Varying Disturbance of the System

To solve the problems that control performance of high torque traction interior permanent magnet synchronous motor (IPMSM) is degraded by parameter perturbation and unknown disturbance, this paper proposes a novel Improved Super-Twisting non-singular fast terminal sliding mode strategy (IST-NFTSMC) for IPMSM based on Extended Nonsingular Fast Terminal Sliding Mode Disturbance Observer (ENFTSMDO). Firstly, mathematical model under established; Then, an improved nonsingular speed controller extended disturbance observer (ENFTSMDO) designed, in which law designed can effectively weaken chattering traditional NFTSMC, ENFTSMDO more accurately observe part system real-time than ESMDO; Finally, compared with PI NFTSMC simulations experiments, method proposed has merits accelerating convergence, improving steady-state accuracy minimizing current pulsation.
